Cut about 5cm of long green onion into rounds or on the diagonal. This is the only ingredient you need to cut.
0:30~1 minPeel the ginger. You will grate it as a finishing touch at the end, so just prep it here.
0:53~1 minCrack the egg into a bowl and beat it well.
1:00~1 minPut 1 serving of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
1:26~3 minAdd the cut long green onion and wakame to the boiling water.
1:28~2 minPour in the beaten egg in a swirling motion.
1:37~1 minOnce it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and dissolve in the miso.
