
Taisho-Style Somen Pizza
A revolutionary way to use up leftover somen noodles: season them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pan-fry until the bottom is crisp. Top with onion, ham, and plenty of melting cheese, brown both sides, and you have a fragrant somen pizza. Add ketchup or Tabasco and enjoy it just like real pizza.

Put the leftover somen noodles into a bowl.
0:54~1 minDrizzle olive oil over the somen and season lightly with salt and pepper.
1:09~1 minGently toss everything to loosen the noodles and work in the seasoning.

2:00~3 minCut 2 slices of ham into thin strips and set them out with the melting cheese to prepare the toppings.
