
2 Minutes in the Microwave! Walnut and Raisin Cocoa Cookies
Cocoa cookies you can easily make in the microwave. The texture and flavor of walnuts and raisins are the highlight of these baked treats that need no oven. Put 60g of room-temperature butter in a bowl and beat with a whisk until creamy.
