Heat a frying pan over medium and warm 2 tbsp olive oil until fragrant.
0:49~1 minLightly salt the lamb and dust with cumin.
0:57~1 minOnce the oil is fragrant, add the lamb and sear undisturbed until browned.
1:06~1 minOnce browned, take the lamb out.
1:39~1 minLower the heat, add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and return to medium heat.
