INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare a Ziploc freezer bag. The open tab and non-slip texture make it easy to open.

    0:18~1 min
  2. 2

Put 300 ml unsweetened yogurt, 100 g of your favorite jam, and 2 tablespoons sugar into the bag, then knead with your hands from outside the bag until well combined.

    0:24~2 min
  3. 3

Press out as much air as possible and close the zipper. The zipper clicks so you can feel that it is sealed.

    0:35~1 min
  4. 4

Flatten the bag, place it on an aluminum tray or similar, and freeze.

    0:40~1 min
  5. 5

Next, make the milk coffee ice cream. Put 2 tablespoons instant coffee and 50 ml hot water into another Ziploc freezer bag, then knead from outside the bag to dissolve the coffee.

    0:46~2 min
  6. 6

Add 6 tablespoons sugar and knead from outside the bag to dissolve the sugar.

    0:56~2 min
  7. 7

Add 300 ml milk and knead by hand until combined. Press out as much air as possible and close the zipper.

    1:02~2 min
  8. 8

Flatten the bag, place it on an aluminum tray or similar, and freeze. The tight seal and thick material keep the flavor in.

    1:10~1 min
  9. 9

After 2 hours in the freezer, take it out and knead the bag to break it up.

    1:20~120 min
  10. 10

    Freeze for another 2 hours.

    1:27~120 min
  11. 11

Once it is evenly and lightly frozen, knead it again to break it up.

    1:31~2 min
  12. 12

Scoop into bowls with an ice cream scoop to finish.

    1:37~2 min
