Rich Teriyaki Chicken Wings from Marinated Frozen Prep

Rich Teriyaki Chicken Wings from Marinated Frozen Prep

Just marinate chicken wingettes in cola and soy sauce on the weekend and freeze them. On weekdays, thaw them, coat with potato starch, and cook on frying pan foil to get a main dish on the table in no time. The sweetness of the cola gives a beautiful glaze — a teriyaki that makes the most of marinate-and-freeze prep.
