Quick Veggie Ramen for Tiring Caregiving Days (with Canned Mackerel and Egg)
An instant ramen upgrade focused on balanced nutrition that comes together quickly, even on days worn down by caring for aging parents. Add pre-cut vegetables, tomato, okra, canned mackerel in water, and an egg to Marutai ramen, and it all comes together in a single pot. The mackerel broth and the aroma of garlic, along with the body the okra gives the soup, make for a gentle, oil-free bowl.

Instructions
Gather the ingredients you will use. This recipe uses Marutai ramen, but any instant ramen you have on hand is fine. The vegetables you add can be anything as well.
Use pre-cut vegetables to keep things simple. Prepare about half a bag, and add a tomato left over in the fridge.
Slice the garlic for extra stamina.
For protein, prepare a can of low-fat, high-protein mackerel in water, and wash and chop the okra you had in the fridge.
Place a pot over the heat and add 350 ml of water.
Add the canned mackerel along with its liquid from the start for flavor, add the sliced garlic, and bring to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, add the pre-cut vegetables. The okra and tomato cook quickly, so add them last. Skim off any scum that rises.
When the vegetables are cooked through, add the noodles and simmer until they reach your preferred firmness.
Crack in the egg to add more protein.
Add the included soup packet, then the included oil packet, and adjust the seasoning.
Finally, add the tomato and okra and let it come to a brief boil.
Slide the ramen into a bowl to serve, and if the egg has sunk to the bottom, place it on top and arrange the bowl to finish.
