
Oatmeal Chawanmushi, Mackerel and Tofu Scallion Soup, and Tofu Somen Bibimbap-Style Cold Noodles
Three 3-minute low-carb dishes made mostly in the microwave, easy enough for days when you don't want to stand in the kitchen, even while wearing braces. A chawanmushi made more filling with oatmeal, a microwaved scallion soup with canned mackerel and silken tofu, and a bibimbap-style cold noodle dish using convenience store tofu somen come together to give you plenty of high-quality protein.

[Oatmeal Chawanmushi] Put the oatmeal in a bowl, pour in water until it is just covered, and stir.

1:04~1 minAdd the beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of shirodashi, stir, and add imitation crab sticks as desired. Canned tuna, canned mackerel, canned salmon, or other pre-cooked ingredients are also fine.
1:09~1 minLoosely cover with plastic wrap again, microwave, and sprinkle with green onions as desired to finish the chawanmushi.
1:41~2 min[Mackerel and Tofu Scallion Soup] Spoon 150g of silken tofu into a bowl.
