Addictive Tuna and Shio Kombu Tofu Somen

A low-carb recipe that comes together in 3 minutes with no stove and no knife — just mix the ingredients into tofu somen. Non-oil tuna and tofu provide both animal and plant protein, and the green onion and shiso garnishes make it perfect for beating summer fatigue.

Sharing low-carb recipes and life recipes for living a happier life. I share recipes and health information that are easy to follow, whether you want to improve your constitution, are thinking about starting low-carb, or have already started. □ Why I started the YouTube channel "Naoyo Kitchen" When you hear "low-carb," you probably imagine it mainly as a way of eating for dieting or for people with diabetes, but for me, cutting carbs turned out to be a great fit for improving my own constitution. I used to have a very weak constitution (severe atopic dermatitis, hay fever, chronic fatigue, anemia, menstrual pain, skin problems, poor circulation, sugar addiction, post-meal drowsiness, depression), but after starting low-carb, I was able to improve both my physical and mental health in just one to two months. I share this content hoping people can keep it up in a fun and delicious way! My goal is "to bring energy to the world through food!" □ Profile Naoyo Fujimoto, Low-Carb Recipe Researcher Since childhood I had a weak body, and I overcame various conditions like depression and atopic dermatitis through a "low-carb" way of eating. Wanting to share with as many people as possible the idea that "our bodies and minds are made of what we eat," I started hosting low-carb cooking classes. I am currently

INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the tofu somen-style noodles. There is no boiling time — just drain them — so you can make this without using the stove.

    0:29~1 min
  2. 2

Cut the green onion into thin rounds with kitchen scissors. Do not use a knife or cutting board.

    0:55~1 min
  3. 3

Tear the shiso leaves by hand. Tearing brings out the aroma, so the key is to tear them right before using.

    1:12~1 min
  4. 4

Put the drained tofu somen in a bowl and add the non-oil canned tuna.

    1:28~1 min
  5. 5

Add the shio kombu. This is the key to the flavor.

  6. 6

Add the included sauce packet. If you do not have the included sauce, diluted mentsuyu works too.

  7. 7

Add a little sesame oil for aroma.

  8. 8

    Mix everything together well.

    2:11~1 min
  9. 9

    Serve in a bowl.

    2:12~1 min
  10. 10

Top with the sliced green onion.

  11. 11

Tear the shiso leaves by hand and scatter them on top, arrange the presentation, and it is done.
