Instructions
Place the ground pork, garlic tube, and ginger tube in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of doubanjiang and gently break up the meat to combine.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
1:44~3 minAfter heating, break up the meat with a whisk.
Add 2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon and 1/2 teaspoon sugar; stir to combine.
Add 1 tablespoon potato starch and stir.
Add 1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 100ml water; stir.
Add a whole block of firm tofu directly to the bowl, uncut.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
4:05~5 minAfter heating, scrape from the bottom with a spatula and stir, breaking the tofu apart.
Plate, then top with chili oil and sansho pepper to taste.
