Cut the panettone. First split it in half, then cut it radially into 8 equal pieces like a cake. For thicker parts, slice them horizontally in half again.

[Way to enjoy 2] Pan-fry in butter. Melt butter in a frying pan and slowly cook the panettone over low to medium-low heat until both sides are nicely browned.
