Instructions
Slide the chilled udon into a frying pan.
Add cherry tomatoes, daikoku shimeji, and smoked aigamo, and stir-fry.
Add butter, ketchup, and white miso, and toss together.
Cook over low heat for ~7 minutes, until the udon is thawed and the toppings are cooked.
To finish, drizzle a hint of soy sauce against the pan edge.
Top with banno-negi to finish.
