Instructions
Cut the bacon into 8mm-square batons.
Snap the spaghetti in half and place it in a microwave-safe container.
Add the cut bacon, garlic tube, and 220ml water to the container.
Add a pinch of salt.
Microwave at 600W, uncovered, for the package cook time + 1 minute (7 minutes here).
2:14~7 minWhile it cooks, beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp grated cheese in a separate container.
Take the container out and add 50ml heavy cream and 1 tsp granulated consommé.
Microwave at 600W, uncovered, for 1 more minute.
3:50~1 minTake it out, stir the bubbling pasta once or twice to release some heat, then add the egg mixture and stir well.
Plate and finish with a generous shower of coarse black pepper.

Tips

スパゲッティがシャバシャバに残っている場合は、茹で汁を少し捨てる。

卵がシャバシャバの場合は、10秒から20秒ほど電子レンジで加熱するととろみがつく。
