[Dress Cupcakes] Crack 1 medium egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well. Add the milk and vegetable oil, then mix.
0:11~5 minCombine 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder and 150g of pancake mix, sift them in, and mix until no dry flour remains.
0:28~3 minDivide the batter evenly among the cups and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
0:45~20 minPut 1 box of white chocolate in a bowl and microwave at 600W for 30 to 40 seconds. It will burn if overheated, so heat while keeping an eye on it, then stir to melt.
0:52~2 minUsing the melted chocolate, shape the top portion of a dress on parchment paper and decorate with sugar pearls to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
1:08~30 minPut 300g of cream cheese and 90g of unsalted butter in a bowl and mix well until soft, then add 120g of powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add food coloring in your preferred color a little at a time, mixing and adjusting as you go, then transfer to a piping bag.
1:21~10 minPipe the cheese cream onto the cupcakes so it looks like a dress. Place the chocolate plaque on top and decorate with the sugar sprinkles of your choice to finish.
1:52~5 min[Fan Paddle Cookies] Put 50g of unsalted butter in a bowl and mix until smooth, then add 50g of sugar and cream until pale. Add 1 medium egg yolk and mix well, then add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix well.
2:07~8 minSift in 50g of pure cocoa powder and 150g of pancake mix, mix until no dry flour remains, and bring the dough together by hand.
2:28~3 minPlace the dough on plastic wrap, wrap it up, and form it into a 16cm log. Press one side against the counter to flatten it, shape it into a fan paddle, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm enough to cut with a knife, then slice into 7 to 8mm thick pieces.
2:42~30 minArrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 15 minutes, then let cool.
2:57~15 minPut 150g of powdered sugar in a bowl, add 1 medium egg white a little at a time, and mix well until smooth. Add food coloring in your preferred color a little at a time, mixing and adjusting as you go. Fill a paper cone with the icing, fold down the top, and snip a little off the tip.
3:07~10 minSpread icing on one side of each cookie and sandwich a popsicle stick between them to make a fan paddle. Decorate the surface as you like and let dry thoroughly for half a day to more than a full day to finish.
