Instructions
Crush the garlic with the side of a knife and remove the green core. The core burns easily and turns bitter.
5:29~1 minSlice the sausages diagonally to expose more surface area.
6:19~1 minAdd butter, the crushed garlic, and the diagonally sliced sausages to a frying pan. Heat over medium, lightly browning the butter while drawing out the aroma of garlic and sausage.
7:05~2 minOnce the butter is lightly browned and the garlic and sausages take on a tan 'bodybuilder' color, drop to very low heat and continue infusing the butter with their aroma.
8:31~1 minPour soy sauce against the pan edge to sear it briefly, then mix it through. This brings out a roasted soy aroma.
8:53~1 minAdd water and consommé granules and bring the cooking liquid to a boil over medium heat.
9:08~1 minOnce boiling, twist the pasta into the pan and press it down vertically. Simmer over low-medium heat, reducing until about 20% of the liquid remains.
9:47~7 minWhen ~20% of the liquid is left, add frozen spinach and mentsuyu and toss briefly. You're done once the mentsuyu and spinach coat the pasta evenly.
