Peel the daikon thickly. Cut a 10 cm length and slice it into 2 cm thick half moons.
0:37~2 minArrange the daikon on a heatproof plate, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 6 minutes.
