Stir yuzu pepper into the grated daikon.
Chop the mizuna.
Mince the iburigakko.
Mince the yuzu peel.
Combine the chopped mizuna, iburigakko, and yuzu with the seasoned grated daikon.
Season the yellowtail with soy sauce and mustard.
Combine the yellowtail with the daikon mixture; add sesame oil and sesame seeds and stir.
Wrap in nori to eat.
