Fluffy and Tender Parcel-Steamed Potato and Sausage Hot Salad

Fluffy and Tender Parcel-Steamed Potato and Sausage Hot Salad

An easy hot salad made simply by wrapping everything in parchment paper and microwaving it. A seasoning mixture of whole grain mustard, ketchup, and garlic coats the potatoes and sausages for a fluffy, tender finish. Since the paper resists oil and moisture, cleanup is easy too.
