Cut the mochi in half lengthwise.
Arrange the cut mochi on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for about 1 minute.
Cut the melting cheese and ham to a wrappable size.
Whisk wheat flour with water to make a glue (nori).
Place cheese, mochi, and ham on a spring roll wrapper and roll up. Seal the edge with the flour glue.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange the rolls and brown all 4 sides. Lower heat for slow cooking helps prevent burning.
Once browned, plate up and serve with ketchup and mustard.

お餅をレンジで加熱しておくことで、焼く時間を短縮できる。弱火でじっくり焼くと焦げ付きにくい。
